When a friend of mine suggested Wayman Brothers for our basement nightmare, she was smiling the whole time telling me about them. We called them right away. We were blown away at the absolute kindness, cleanliness, and quick response to our first visit. We had a million questions, they had a million correct answers. After many attempts to get a contractor that does basement finishes to call us back or give a bid, we were so fortunate to find Wayman Bros construction. Mr. Wayman and his crew were very friendly and treated us, our home, and property with great respect.
Pricing was fair. The workmanship was fantastic. The crew always showed up on time when they were scheduled. The start to finish will be done within approx. 2 months!
I found Mr. Wayman and his crew to be trustworthy and honest. I would definitely recommend this business to family and friends. I'm still in awe that we were so lucky to have our basement done on such a great timeline.
I would recommend to ask more questions and not just assume. As one example, we priced out to have wood flooring installed from materials that we purchased beforehand and just assumed leveling would be part of that quote which it wasn't. That was on us, so just ask question if you are not sure.

We hired Wayman brothers for footings and a new patio for a deck build. They showed up ON TIME and WHEN they said they would start! Communication was easy and timely - responses usually only took a few hours and never more than a day. They did a great job with our concrete and even came back to fix & clean up some jagged edges where the concrete had overflowed out of the forms. They are willing to do things the right way and not settle for mediocre work ? ? ? We're very pleased

Alma was amazing to work with in remodeling our kitchen. He was very accommodating with everything that we wanted despite several obstacles that we came across. He made sure we were taken care of in every aspect and is definitely my go-to for any remodeling/construction needs.
